The software below allows Ontrack Data Recovery engineers to perform remote data recovery services through your modem and/or an internet connection.
Four software options are available for download. If you are not sure which option to choose, please contact Ontrack Data Recovery to speak directly with a Remote Services engineer.
| Option 1: Self-Booting 1.44MB Diskette |
| Creates a self-booting diskette that will connect to a remote data recovery server using a Modem or the Internet (ISP or LAN). This version supports data recoveries on the following operating systems: DOS, Windows 3.x, 95, 98, NT, 2000, Me, XP, 2003 Server, Novell NetWare and Linux.
Important: Since this version of Remote Services uses its own operating system, the system to be recovered does not need a functioning operating system.

| Option 2: Native Windows |
| Configures a fully functioning Windows 95, 98, ME, NT, 2000, XP, or 2003 Server boot partition to connect to a remote data recovery server using a Modem or the Internet (ISP or LAN).
Important: For this version of Remote Services the system to be recovered must have Windows functioning. This software can only be used on data losses that reside on a partition other than the primary fully-functioning Windows boot partition.
