In order to achieve these aims companies have been advised to thoroughly research which backup provider is right for them and to consider what one key aspect is most important to their business.
Meanwhile, Steve Burrows, IT director of Vanilla Group, recently told Computer Weekly that the setting up of a reliable and secure data backup solution should be a top priority for businesses given the current economic environment.
He noted that companies need to invest in daily backups in order to fully prepare themselves should data recovery be required in the event of a crisis.
